COCOA is the oldest car club in Southern California celebrating 36 years. To mark this occasion Bob Stockwell the president of COCOA arranged an anniversary dinner which was held at Superformance/ Shelby Distribution on Wednesday the 3rd of February. The prestigious member of the year was awarded to Paul Westberg while last year’s nominee Lance Stander congratulated Paul and addressed the COCOA members along with Bob Stockwell. COCOA Bio: COCOA is the oldest Southern California car club, formed to enjoy the original Cobras and Shelby Mustangs. As the club grew so did the membership which has now been expanded to include Ford enthusiasts of all makes and models. Monthly meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month. Meeting usually comprise of a guest speaker, race or event films, or just good old "bench racing". Annual events include a WINE COUNTRY TOUR WEEKEND in April, an OPEN TRACK EVENT , a CAR SHOW "CONCOURS DE NICE", a FALL CRUISE TO SURPRISE LOCATION/GARAGE TOUR and the ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY & PRESIDENT's CAR SHOW.
