DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING

DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING

Superformance crafts its composite bodies with hand-laid panels, reinforced where needed with steel for strength. Using high-quality isolathic polyester resins and precise gel coating, each body is built for durability, perfect fit, and flawless finish.

Superformance vehicles begin as visionary designs from legends like Peter Brock, evolving from sketches to full-scale component cars. Every part is CAD-engineered for precision, then crafted with advanced CNC machining. The result is unmatched quality, born from collaboration with the best in the industry.
BODY PREPARATION

BODY PREPARATION

Before painting, every Superformance body is oven-cured, then hand and machine polished for two days. The final finish depends on expert preparation, precision paint processes, and controlled curing conditions—far beyond what amateurs can achieve.
PRIMER & FINAL PAINTING

PRIMER & FINAL PAINTING

Superformance paintwork is done in a climate-controlled, dust-free facility with multiple booths and in-line ovens. Using a twin-pack urethane base coat–clear coat system, expert painters hand-spray each body before it’s baked, polished, and finished to a flawless shine. The non-stressed bodies ensure long-lasting durability with no pit marks or stress lines.
CHASSIS FABRICATION

CHASSIS FABRICATION

Superformance fabricates most components in-house, from brass windscreen frames to custom exhausts built to aircraft standards. Seats are trimmed in genuine German leather, while radiators, fuel tanks, and other parts are crafted with precision TIG welding for racing-grade quality.
