The Carlisle Import & Kit Nationals held on the weekend of May 21-23 2010 was a unique and exciting automotive festival that showcased over 1,200 classic and high-performance vehicles on the 102-acre Carlisle PA Fairgrounds. The world’s largest Kit/Replicar gathering showcasing amazing hand assembled kit automobiles and reproduction vehicles, based on the rarest and most collectible models. This car event also provided an unbeatable shopping opportunity for the buyer as the huge vending area was host to a number of top manufacturers which included Superformance. 

The Roush engine display booth featured a number of Superformance MKIII’s. The Monza Red Superformance MKIII with Silver stripes and black pin stripes was fitted with a Roush Stage 3 Supercharged 4.6 3 valve modular engine 560 hp and 550 lb.-ft.

A Storm Silver Superformance MKIII with Light silver stripes was fitted with a 427IR Roush engine 525 HP with 525 lb.-ft. This engine featured billet snake-skin finished air filer and valve covers, black anodized pulleys and a Bowler 4R70W automatic transmission with a Master shifter electric paddle and bump shift. 

The Black Show MKIII with was finished in Jet black was fitted with 427 SR carbureted engine. This stunning show car was also fitted with the newly released 3M Carbon Fiber Stripe decal, Custom painted 18” wheels and a number of custom paint upgrades and performance options. Clay Cook designed a set of value covers and air cleaner in a Machined carbon fiber look to compete the carbon accessorized package.

Carlisle offered a weekend of fun for the entire family with on-site autocross racing, national and regional club gatherings, and cruises to historic landmarks and scenic locations that are found throughout Central Pennsylvania.
